Desired Qualifications * Oral and written communication for change procedures, and management updates at all levels of government and contractor leadership. * Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds or similar). * Experience with ServiceNow Ticket system. * Proficient in Active Directory and managing user accounts and security groups. * Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and network protocols. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work in a high-availability, fast-paced environment with attention to detail. ## Description SMS is seeking an Intermediate NOSC (Network Operations and Security Center) Technician/Network Administrator to support monitoring large-scale operations on a high-profile DOD contract. The I3TS program provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable DTRA's Information Management & Technology Directorate (ITD) to consolidate, modernize, and continuously innovate the delivery of IT services and mission capabilities to DTRA's internal and external mission partners operating in CONUS and OCONUS locations., * Support the Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) for the Agency on a 24x7x365 basis, in accordance with requirements for a Defense Threat Reduction Agency NOSC and appropriate DoD Directives.
