In addition to IAT Level II certification or higher, an OS cert (such as VMWare VCTA, MS Server Fundamentals, Linux Server Admin) will be required to obtain an elevated privilege account necessary to perform in this role. * U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge and skill in creating/using PowerShell scripting language is a plus. * Experience using Horizon View is a plus. ## Description We are a rapidly growing organization seeking a DoD Secret Cleared Network Systems Administrator to provide Tier III operational support for the J63H Platform Services environment, supporting server infrastructure, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), storage systems, backup and recovery services, and enterprise application environments in the Hampton Roads, VA area. The administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing Windows-based server and network systems supporting mission-critical DoD operations. This position supports Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware virtualization technologies, storage systems, backup solutions, and enterprise IT services while ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, RMF controls, STIGs, and IAVAs. The Network System Administrator collaborates with cybersecurity, network operations, and engineering teams to maintain system availability, performance, and security.
