Experteer Overview You will own the technical strategy for infrastructure enabling researchers and engineers to ship code fast and safely at scale. You'll design scalable, reliable systems and libraries used across many teams, including build environments and dependency management. Your work directly supports rapid model training, safety experiments, and wide-scale deployment of Claude. This role suits someone who loves foundational systems and shaping developer experience in a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment.
