## About the Role

* Excellent communication skills
 * Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
 * 2 to 3 years of IT support experience
 * Full driving licence, as we visit multiple sites
 * Microsoft certifications would be highly beneficial

## Description

* Provide 1st line support by handling new tickets
 * Deliver 2nd line desktop support
 * Carry out new builds and set up users, including mobile devices
 * Support server administration tasks, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365
 * Provide general application support
 * Work on site at one of our clients as part of our MSP service
 * Help ensure our IT function runs as smoothly as possible
