## About the Role

* Experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role, ideally within an MSP
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
 * Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP and LAN/WAN
 * Strong communication and organisational skills
 * Full UK driving licence
 * Experience supporting Microsoft Intune and device management is desirable
 * Exposure to Azure AD / Entra ID is desirable
 * Experience working with backup solutions such as Veeam, Datto or Acronis is desirable
 * Exposure to virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware is desirable
 * 2 years of 2nd Line IT Support experience is required

## Description

* Provide 2nd line support for incidents and service requests
 * Diagnose and resolve issues across Microsoft and infrastructure environments
 * Take ownership of tickets through to resolution in line with SLA targets
 * Support Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
 * Support user management across Active Directory and Entra ID
 * Assist with device management using Intune and Autopilot
 * Support project work such as Microsoft 365 migrations and device deployments
 * Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
