## About the Role

* Day-to-day experience using accounting, ERP or business management software; or a degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, accounting or business
 * Alternatively, strong financial acumen with knowledge of financial and management reporting
 * A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving
 * A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to use initiative
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * A friendly and empathetic approach to customer support
 * The ability to work independently and collaboratively
 * Confidence working under pressure while maintaining a positive customer experience
 * The ability to translate business requirements into clear technical information

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous, although training will be provided:

 * SQL Server, MySQL, SQL scripting or SQL administration tools
 * FTP/SFTP, SSL certificates, REST APIs, SOAP, SoapUI or Postman
 * Excel and CSV files
 * Third-party integrations, EDI, logistics or warehouse management systems
 * CRM, e-commerce or business intelligence solutions

The successful candidate will respond to customer enquiries, document reported issues and work towards effective solutions while delivering a friendly and professional customer experience.
