## About the Role

* Strong experience in cyber or information security operations within large-scale programmes or critical national infrastructure.
 * Knowledge of UK government security standards, NCSC guidance and security risk frameworks.
 * Experience of incident response and vulnerability management in multi-supplier environments.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, high-pressure environment.

## Description

* Support cyber security operations, including incident response, vulnerability management and threat monitoring.
 * Work with suppliers and systems integration partners to ensure security deliverables meet contractual and programme requirements.
 * Support the development of an end-to-end Security Operations Centre.
 * Review and maintain operational procedures, incident playbooks and security reporting.
 * Lead and contribute to security governance forums.
 * Advise stakeholders on security risks, mitigations and incident handling.
 * Support security investigations and coordinate activity across programme, government and emergency-service teams.
 * Drive continuous improvement across security operations.
