## About the Role

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Analyst to join our IT operations team in the UK. This role is ideal for an IT professional with hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, networking, and service desk operations., * 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support.

 * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
 * Experience with Microsoft 365.
 * Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.
 * Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
 * Experience using ticketing / ITSM platforms.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
 * Good written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to prioritise multiple support requests in a busy environment.

## Description

* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users.
 * Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets using Active Directory / Entra ID.
 * Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and network connectivity issues.
 * Log, update, prioritise, and resolve incidents through an IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
 * Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate infrastructure or application teams.
 * Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
 * Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
 * Follow IT security, data protection, access control, and company support procedures.
