## About the Role

* Experience in application or software support
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
 * High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
 * Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
 * Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and the software development lifecycle is highly desirable
 * Understanding of APIs is highly desirable
 * Experience with tools such as Postman or XMLSpy is highly desirable
 * Exposure to C#, SQL, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, IIS, and SQL Server is highly desirable
 * Familiarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git is highly desirable

## Description

* Provide technical support and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs
 * Troubleshoot and manage client tickets from initial logging through to resolution
 * Work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers
 * Communicate clearly with clients and deliver excellent customer service
 * Gather requirements for system changes and support their delivery
 * Test, document, and support application updates
 * Assist with debugging and implementing improvements, with training provided
 * Contribute to team development and continuous improvement initiatives
