## Description

Robert Half is supporting a client in the search for an experienced Associate Director - Data & AI Consulting to join a growing Data & AI function delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes. This is a highly client-facing consulting role suited to individuals with a strong consulting background who can combine strategic advisory, stakeholder management, business development and delivery leadership across Data, Analytics, Cloud and AI engagements.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape transformation roadmaps, develop propositions, support sales opportunities and oversee successful programme delivery., * Lead client engagements across Data, AI and Cloud transformation initiatives

 * Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
 * Support business development, proposals, pursuits and client growth activities
 * Provide leadership across complex consulting engagements from discovery through delivery
 * Shape Data & AI strategies, operating models and transformation roadmaps
 * Support practice growth, capability development and team mentoring
 * Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes
