It's a role where you won't just be keeping systems running, you'll have the opportunity to challenge how things are done, improve processes and shape the future systems landscape. You'll be responsible for: * Administering and supporting core ERP and business applications * Managing users, access, permissions, licensing and system security * Managing incidents, service requests and changes through to resolution * Supporting upgrades, implementations and continuous improvement * Maintaining system documentation, processes and standards * Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve system usage * Facilitating workshops and supporting process change * Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work * Supporting wider business change and systems integration What are we looking for? * We're looking for someone with experience supporting and administering an ERP system or portfolio of business applications. * Your experience could come from a range of ERP environments including Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS, Epicor, NetSuite, Sage or similar platforms.
