A great applicant will have high personal initiative, attention to detail, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and the willingness to work on multiple different projects at once., * Handson experience (academic or professional) developing software applications

 * Working knowledge of:
 * Web hosting and DNS
 * Clientserver communication protocols
 * Modern web application architecture (frontend, backend, APIs)
 * Version control with Git
 * Basic proficiency with Linux and command line usage
 * Programming experience with any/all of the following or similar:
 * Compiled languages (C#, Go)
 * JavaScript frameworks (React, Svelte, Angular)
 * Scripting languages (PHP, Python), * Knowledge of or interest in firearms or the firearms industry
 * Familiarity with business operations and process improvement strategies
 * Experience managing relational DBMSs such as MySQL/MariaDB
 * Experience implementing Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment strategies
 * Experience with or willingness to learn:
 * Modern ecommerce systems (BigCommerce, Shopify and WooCommerce)
 * Best practices in UI/UX, security, responsive design, and software development
 * Best practices in search engine optimization

## Description

* Develop, maintain, and improve ecommerce websites and business applications
 * Build and modify web pages using CMS platforms and web technologies
 * Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes
 * Troubleshoot and debug issues across various applications and tech stacks

E-Commerce and Operational Support

 * Create and manage product listings across multiple sales channels
 * Update website content, sales and promotions, and inventory data
 * Assist with administrative processes and customer support
