## About the Role

* 1-5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, PMO/PSO, or governance roles
 * Experience supporting IC/DoD programs or working in classified environments
 * Expertise with SharePoint and Excel, document management systems, metadata structures, and taxonomy design. Skilled with Power BI
 * Strong understanding of program management, reporting, and governance frameworks
 * Ability to develop KM strategy and standardize enterprise documentation
 * Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
 * Must be eligible for a TS clearance

## Description

* Develop and execute the enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) strategy to support PSO maturity.
 * Lead governance processes for document lifecycle management, configuration control, and retention.
 * Manage classified and unclassified PSO repositories, ensuring proper access, security, and accuracy.
 * Oversee standardization of templates, SOPs, workflows, and controlled documentation.
 * Establish and maintain an enterprise lessons learned framework, including facilitation of reviews.
 * Lead creation of PSO training materials, onboarding packages, and knowledge resources.
 * Ensure compliance with contract-specific documentary requirements.
 * Support preparation and quality of executive-level reporting packages and dashboards.
