* Previous experience working in an enterprise IT support environment.
 * Strong experience providing deskside and remote support.
 * Experience with 1st and 2nd line IT support.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
 * Experience with Exchange Online, Windows 10/11, and macOS.
 * Experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions.
 * Experience with laptop imaging and deployments.
 * Experience supporting hardware IMAC activities.
 * Experience supporting mobile devices, including iOS and Android.
 * Experience supporting meeting room and AV equipment.
 * Experience supporting printers.
 * Basic networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
 * Experience working in ITIL-based service desk environments.
 * Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
 * Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively.
 * Comfortable supporting VIP users.
 * Proactive, organised, and solutions-driven.
 * Able to work independently and collaboratively.
 * Passionate about delivering an exceptional end-user experience.

## Description

* Provide onsite 1st and 2nd line technical support.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
 * Support Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.
 * Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
 * Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
 * Build, deploy, and configure laptops and desktops.
 * Support Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
 * Manage new starter setups and leaver equipment collection.
 * Support meeting room technology, AV equipment, and video conferencing systems.
 * Provide printer, mobile device, and peripheral support.
 * Maintain accurate asset records.
 * Work closely with third-party suppliers and internal infrastructure teams.
 * Deliver excellent customer service while working within SLA-driven environments.
