 * Confidence using Microsoft 365 and everyday business technology.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technology clearly and patiently.
 * A well-organised individual who enjoys working with people and is happy to travel between our locations in London.

## Description

* Setting up, maintaining and replacing laptops, tills, printers, payment terminals and other devices.
 * Managing user accounts and permissions across our business platforms.
 * Supporting colleagues with Microsoft 365 and everyday business systems.
 * Troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate records and working with external suppliers when needed.
 * Helping identify opportunities to improve the way our systems support the business.
 * Supporting and troubleshooting integrations and automated processes across our business systems.
 * Helping document and improve business processes, identifying where systems and technology could make things simpler and more efficient.
 * Supporting the rollout and day-to-day use of new technology, including automation and AI tools.
