## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
 * Experience with Adobe RT-CDP
 * Knowledge of XDM schemas, datasets and customer profiles
 * Understanding of identity management and audience activation
 * Experience supporting customer data ingestion pipelines
 * Adobe Launch (Tags) and Web SDK experience
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable

 * Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
 * Solution Architecture, MarTech Engineering or CDP experience
 * Experience within large enterprise environments

## Description

* Build and manage audiences within AEP and RT-CDP
 * Create and maintain XDM schemas, datasets and customer profiles
 * Manage identity resolution and identity graph configurations
 * Support streaming, batch and edge data ingestion
 * Configure audience activation and customer data workflows
 * Support Adobe Launch (Tags), Web SDK and platform integrations
 * Ensure data governance, GDPR compliance and best practice
 * Work closely with Data, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams
