## About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants genuine ownership over the work they deliver. You'll be part of a close-knit UK development team, working alongside an established offshore engineering function to build, improve and deliver new products and features., * Around 3 years' commercial Full Stack Development experience

 * Strong experience with Next.js
 * Strong Node.js experience
 * Solid understanding of modern web development and full-stack application architecture
 * Experience working on real-world commercial development projects
 * Experience using Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools is highly desirable
 * Exposure to AWS is advantageous

## Description

* Develop and deliver full-stack web applications and new product features
 * Work across both front-end and back-end development
 * Build and maintain applications using Next.js and Node.js
 * Work closely with the UK development team and offshore engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
 * Take ownership of features from development through to completion
 * Troubleshoot, improve and optimise existing applications
