## Description

We're looking for an analytical and proactive Data Analyst to join our Managed Services team. This role will play a key part in providing workforce and operational insights that help both Proman and our clients make informed business decisions.

Working closely with onsite account teams and stakeholders, you'll transform data into meaningful recommendations, identify trends, and support continuous improvement across workforce performance, recruitment, and operational delivery., * Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.

 * Collecting, validating, and analysing workforce and operational data.
 * Monitoring trends in attendance, attrition, performance, and workforce demographics.
 * Identifying root causes and emerging issues through data analysis.
 * Producing clear reports and insights for internal and client stakeholders.
 * Supporting account teams with data-driven recommendations and solutions.
 * Maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and reporting standards.
 * Presenting findings in a clear and engaging way to non-technical audiences.
 * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through analytical insight.
