Experteer Overview In this Senior Training Systems Engineer role, you'll help shape the UK's defence training by delivering complex, bespoke training systems for the Army. You'll work in a cross-functional, multi-partner environment to define requirements, design architectures, and integrate solutions that enable effective collective training. The role emphasizes interoperability, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement within a mission-driven organisation. This is a chance to contribute to national defence capabilities and work on cutting-edge training environments.
