What you will do in this role Provide back office and administrative support for a project within the medical and healthcare industry. Process and manage service-related requests accurately and efficiently. Review, validate, and update customer and case information in internal systems. Handle written communications and documentation related to operational requests when required. Ensure all information is correctly recorded and maintained in the relevant CRM and internal systems. Follow established processes, procedures, and quality guidelines. Coordinate with internal departments and specialized teams when additional information or support is required. Monitor pending cases and follow up to ensure requests are completed within agreed timelines. Identify inconsistencies, recurring issues, or process-related challenges and escalate them to the appropriate team. Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail, particularly when handling information related to the medical industry.
