We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Lead who specializes in defining and optimizing IDT&S processes through Value Stream Mapping (VSM). This role will lead using clear communication and LEAN principles to reduce friction and empower employees to work more efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, and improvement initiatives, translating findings into actionable recommendations. In addition, you will craft targeted communications for various IDT&S roles (e.g., developers, operations, security, product managers, project management) to clearly convey improvement work, demonstrations, and benefits. You will collaborate with cross-functional IDT&S teams to drive measurable improvements, sustainment, and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
