## About the Role

What you'll do ? Keep the routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules ? Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem ? Support new hub and sub-hub launches from zero to live ? Jump on incidents fast and fix them with the ops and tech teams ? Own the data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, service level tracking ? Work side by side with hub managers, 3 PL partners and cross-functional teams What you bring ? 3+ years in logistics, operations, supply chain or something close ?
