## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Transit transportation systems?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Minimum of an associate's degree in related field required.

 * A minimum of three (3) years experience in transit operations, data management skills and experience with computer operations and applications.
 * Knowledge of the service area and advanced knowledge of computer applications is required.
 * Knowledge of federal/state transit regulations.
 * Effective interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 * Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects.
 * Strong problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment with keen attention to detail.
 * Valid PA Driver's License required

## Description

Johnstown office location, but will require frequent travel between facilities to support both urban and rural operations teams effectively. Responsible for route service planning, maintaining route data, extracting and analyzing information across multiple platforms, and developing, improving, and monitoring data to enhance ridership efficiency.

This role supports the planning, analysis, and management of our urban and rural transit services. This role involves maintaining transit data systems, optimizing bus routes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing technical support and training to operations staff, reporting to the Director of Transportation. Knowledge of the local service area is essential for effective route planning and operational recommendations.
