## Description

As a Working Student, you will become an integral part of our team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the IT landscape. This 14-month engagement offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical thinking and communication skills in a professional environment.
About the Position
We are looking for enrolled university students to support our team for up to 20 hours per week for a period of at least 6 months and up to 24 months in the following tasks:

 * You will support our operations by utilizing tools like Microsoft 365, Jira, and Confluence, contributing to efficient project management and documentation.
 * A solid understanding of IT fundamentals and process knowledge, alongside familiarity with HPSM and Service Now, will be key to success in supporting our IT service management processes.
 * We are looking for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic IT setting.
