* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung im Bereich Systemintegration, ein Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik - auch Quereinsteiger mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen sind willkommen

 * Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung, Teamgeist sowie eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)

* Einrichtung und Verwaltung diverser Netzwerk- und Sicherheitskomponenten
 * Planung und Implementierung neuer Systeme in Netzwerkinfrastrukturen, einschließlich Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents sowie Durchführung von Change- und Problemmanagement
 * Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaftsdiensten
