 * Be an early applicant, * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Informationssicherheits-Managementsystems (ISMS) gemäß ISO/IEC 27001 und BSI-Grundschutz
 * Durchführung von Penetrationstests, Sicherheitsübungen und Schwachstellenanalysen zur Optimierung der IT-Sicherheitsarchitektur
 * Beratung von Führungskräften und Geschäftsleitung bei sicherheitsrelevanten Entscheidungen und strategischen IT-Projekten
 * Koordination interner und externer Audits sowie Erstellung von Compliance-Berichten und Risikobewertungen
 * Incident-Management: Analyse, Bewertung und Nachverfolgung von Sicherheitsvorfällen in komplexen IT-/OT-/Cloud-Infrastrukturen
 * Entwicklung und Implementierung von Notfall- und Wiederherstellungsplänen für kritische Geschäftsprozesse
 * Förderung der Cybersecurity-Kultur durch zielgerichtete Schulungskonzepte und Awareness-Programme
