## About the Role

* Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbar.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Office 365 (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerApps, MS Copilot).
 * Erste Programmiererfahrung, idealerweise in Python, VBA/Makros, PowerApps/PowerAutomate.
 * Erfahrung in Data-Analytics mit PowerBI, QuickSight oder JQL.
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Taskmanagement-Tools (Atlassian Jira, Confluence).
 * Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Du unterstützt unser Team im täglichen Projektalltag - sowohl organisatorisch als auch technisch.
 * Außerdem wirkst du mit im Projektmanagement, z. B. bei Planung, Nachverfolgung und Kommunikation.
 * Darüber hinaus trägst du zur Methodenentwicklung und Prozessoptimierung bei.
 * Zudem unterstützt du bei IT-nahen Tätigkeiten, inklusive eigenem Coding-Anteil.
 * Du wirkst mit bei der Entwicklung kleinerer Tools, Automatisierungen und Auswertungen (z. B. O365-Makros, Python-Skripte, PowerApps).
 * Außerdem unterstützt du beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Data-Analytics-Dashboards, Reports und digitalen Workflows.
 * Darüber hinaus wirkst du mit im Aufgaben- und Wissensmanagement mit Atlassian Jira, Confluence und MS SharePoint.
