 * Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse und Projektabschlüsse in den Bereichen IT-Strategie, IT-Organisation & Org Design, ITSM, Enterprise-Architektur, Cloud Management oder IT-Governance mit sowie Know-how über die Anwendung agiler Prinzipien
 * Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Organisationen und verstehst die Menschen, Strukturen und Prozesse dahinter
 * Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools und kannst aus fachlichen Anforderungen heraus konkrete KI-Einsatzszenarien ableiten, strukturiert bewerten und dabei Aspekte der verantwortungsvollen Nutzung von Anfang an mitdenken
 * Du kannst zusätzlich mit einem bestehendem Netzwerk im relevanten Marktumfeld punkten
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft runden Dein Profil ab
