## Description

* Arbeitsplatz-Management: Betreuung, Installation und Wartung der Windows-basierten Client-Systeme (Arbeitsplätze und Laborsysteme)
 * Server-Infrastruktur: Administration, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der Linux-basierten Server-Landschaft (keine Windows-Server)
 * Support & Troubleshooting: Ansprechpartner (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support) für Forschende und Mitarbeitende bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen in einer komplexen IT-Landschaft
 * Sicherheit & Backup: Umsetzung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Durchführung von Updates sowie Sicherstellung der Datensicherung (Backups)
 * Beschaffung & Dokumentation: Evaluation und Beschaffung neuer Hard- und Software sowie Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und Netzwerktopologien
 * Script-Programmierung auf diversen Plattformen
 * Software-Deployment mit OPSI und Inventarisierung mit GLPI
 * Wartung von Linux-basierten Firewalls und OpenVPN-Endpunkten
 * Unterhalt eines Monitoring-Systems und Arbeit mit einem Task Tracking-/Ticket-System
