 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender IT-gestützter Geschäftsprozesse

 * Monitoring und Reporting des Projektfortschritts sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Budgets

 * Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Anwender und Teams
