 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Node.js/TypeScript im Backend, idealerweise mit modernen Frameworks wie Hono, NestJS oder Express.
 * Sicher im modernen Frontend mit React und TypeScript.
 * Erfahrung mit PostgreSQL sowie der Konzeption und Entwicklung von REST-APIs.
 * Erfahrung mit LLM-/Agenten-Anwendungen (z. B. Tool-Calling, RAG, Agenten-Workflows).
 * Kenntnisse in Container-Technologien wie Docker.
 * Erfahrung mit automatisierten Tests (z. B. Vitest, Playwright) und agiler Entwicklung (Scrum).
 * Gute Software-Engineering-Praktiken für nachhaltige und skalierbare Systeme.
 * Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Teamgeist.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Nice to have

 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Identitätsmanagement (z. B. OIDC).

Innovation & Softwarelösungen

 * Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Softwarelösungen, die öffentliche Prozesse optimieren und die digitale Transformation vorantreiben.
 * Anbindung externer Dienste sowie Entwicklung agentischer KI-Funktionen (Tool-Calling, RAG, Agenten-Workflows) in unserer Plattform.

Architektur & Stack

 * Arbeit an der gesamten Softwarearchitektur, von React-Frontend und TypeScript-Backend (Node.js/Bun, Hono) über PostgreSQL bis zu Caching.
 * Konzeption und Entwicklung von REST-APIs.

Qualität & Tests

 * Sicherstellung hoher Codequalität durch aktive Code Reviews und automatisierte Tests (z. B. Vitest, Playwright) sowie statische Analyse mit TypeScript und ESLint.

Agilität & Zusammenarbeit
