 * Ein gutes Gespür für IT-Sicherheit und ein strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten.
 * Erste Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Leitung von IT-Projekten oder Lust, in diese Rolle hineinzuwachsen.
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Administration & Betrieb unserer Windows- und Linux-Serverlandschaft sowie der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN/WAN, VPN, WLAN).
 * Betreuung von Virtualisierungsumgebungen (VMware / Hyper-V) sowie Cloud-Diensten und -Ressourcen (z. B. Microsoft 365).
 * Administration zentraler IT-Dienste wie Active Directory, DNS, DHCP und E-Mail-Systeme.
 * Überwachung der Systemlandschaft sowie Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit durch Monitoring, Backup- und Patchmanagement.
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard-, Software- und Netzwerkstörungen.
 * Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.
 * Technischer Support für Mitarbeitende sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen zu IT-Sicherheit und Best Practices.
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Einführung neuer Systeme.
