 * Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen, Asset-Dokumentation und Checklisten
 * Führerschein Klasse B mit Fahrpraxis
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
 * Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

## Description

* Installation, Auf- und Abbau sowie Anschluss von PCs, Notebooks, Servern und Peripheriegeräten
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware, Software und Client-Betriebssystemen
 * Durchführung von Funktionstests, Aufrüstungen, Reparaturen und Troubleshooting
 * IMAC-D-Services, IT-Umzüge und Unterstützung bei Rollouts
 * Pflege von Tickets, Checklisten, Assetdaten und Inventarisierung
 * Hardware-1st-/2nd-Level-Support sowie Remote- und Onsite-Support
 * Professionelle Kommunikation mit Endanwendern und Kunden
 * Bei entsprechender Erfahrung: Leitung kleiner Installationsteams mit bis zu drei CE/JT
