 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der IT-Infrastruktur sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
 * Unterstützung der Anwender im 2nd-Level-Support bei Hard- und Softwareanfragen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von IT-Projekten
 * Betreuung von Storage-, Backup- und Sicherheitslösungen
 * Implementierung und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen sowie technischen Standards
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
