 * Förderung von Selbstorganisation und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung innerhalb der Teams
 * Moderation von Daily Scrums, Sprint Planungen, Sprint Reviews und Retrospektiven
 * Unterstützung bei PI-Planungen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Release Train Engineers und Product Ownern
 * Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen im Arbeitsalltag der Teams
 * Förderung einer kollaborativen und leistungsstarken Teamkultur
 * Unterstützung der Teams bei der Anwendung agiler Methoden und Scrum-Praktiken
