## Description

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Produktions-IT, inklusive Implementierung neuer Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung
 * Verantwortung für Betrieb, Installation und Konfiguration der betreuten Anwendungen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support; Sicherstellung der Performance
 * Leitung von IT-Projekten zur Einführung, Wartung oder Stilllegung von Anwendungen; Koordination mit internen Teams und externen Partnern
 * Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen IT, Fachabteilungen (z. B. Produktion) und externen Partnern
 * Bewertung von Fachbereichsanforderungen und Empfehlung zukunftssicherer Software- und Technologieinvestitionen
 * Transparente Berichterstattung über Fortschritte und Performance an relevante Stakeholder, * selbstbestimmte Arbeitszeit im Team (flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle und mobiles Arbeiten)
