## Description

* Teststrategie: Konzeption und Ende-zu-Ende-Verantwortung von umfassenden Teststrategien über alle Ebenen hinweg (Unit-, Integrations-, System-, UI-, Stress- und Performance-Tests).
 * Framework-Entwicklung: Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung von Test-Harnesses und CI-Pipelines für C++-Desktop-, .NET- und moderne Web-Stacks zur frühen Erkennung von Regressionen.
 * Performance-Testing: Planung, Implementierung und Analyse von Last- und Performance-Tests zur Identifikation von Engpässen und Stabilitätsrisiken.
 * Engineering-Exzellenz: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Architektur und Produktmanagement zur Verankerung von testgetriebenen "Shift-Left"-Engineering-Praktiken.
 * KI-Integration: Gezielter Einsatz von AI-Agents und Tools (z. B. Claude Code) zur Testgenerierung, -pflege und -triage sowie Aufbau wiederverwendbarer Workflows für die QA-Community.
