## Description

Deine AufgabenAls IT-Administrator bist du integraler Teil unserer IT-Struktur und Ansprechpartner:in für deine Kolleg:innen. * Administration der Microsoft 365 Cloud (Azure Active Directory, Intune, Defender)
\n * Wartung von Netzwerk-Komponenten (HPE Aruba Switches und Access Points, Sophos SG/XG)
\n * Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Cloud-Infrastruktur (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
\n * Administration der Domain-Infrastruktur (DNS, Domains, SSL)
\n * Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb unseres Monitoring (StatusCake)
\n * Überwachung und Durchführung von Backups (Veeam, Synology)
\n * First-Level-Support für unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen und der Hardware vor Ort im Office in Offenburg (Hardware Windows und Mac, Schließanlage, Drucker)
\n * Unterstützung im IT-Einkauf
\n * Technischer Kundensupport bei IT-Fragestellungen
