 * Kenntnisse in Cloud-Native-Security-Themen wie CNAPP/CSPM, Supply-Chain-Security und Container-/Runtime-Security (Build, Deploy, Runtime)
 * Praxis in Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform, Ansible, Helm) sowie ein ausgeprägtes Scripting-Mindset (z. B. Bash, Python, YAML/JSON)
 * Grundlegendes Cloud-Verständnis (Azure, AWS und/oder GCP) inkl. Security-Basics (IAM, Secrets, Logging/Monitoring)
 * Neugier, große Lernbereitschaft, Kreativität und Lust, Dinge zu entwickeln
 * Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von Deutschland (ca. 20 %)

 * Integration von Security Controls in CI/CD-Pipelines (z. B. SAST, SCA, Secrets Scanning, IaC Scanning, Image Scanning, SBOM) sowie Automatisierung über Gates/Policies
 * Durchführung themenbezogener Kundenworkshops zu neuen Technologien und Prozessen im Umfeld DevSecOps / Container Security
 * Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Runbooks sowie Knowledge-Transfer zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessabläufen und Betriebsmodellen
