 * Clean Code, CI/CD-Praktiken und moderne Software Engineering Skills

 * Be an early applicant, * Entwicklung und Implementierung von fortschrittlichen GenAI-Anwendungen, RAG-Pipelines, RAG-Architekturen (GraphRAG, LightRAG, Filter-RAG,...) und autonomen KI-Agenten
 * Aufbereitung, Strukturierung und Extraktion komplexer, unstrukturierter Unternehmensdaten (z. B. aus Dokumenten und Wikis)
 * Konzeption robuster KI-Architekturen und Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, um diese Lösungen nahtlos und sicher in bestehende Enterprise-Systeme zu integrieren
 * Konzeption und Entwicklung von autonomen KI-Agenten sowie deren dynamische Vernetzung durch komplexe Multi-Agent-Orchestrierung (z. B. via LangGraph, AutoGen oder CrewAI)
 * Eigenständige Entwicklung von MCP Servern sowie MCP Apps nach aktuellen Standards und aufbauen leistungsstarker MCP Clients.
 * Analyse und Optimierung der KI-Pipelines (Chunking-Strategien, Embeddings, Prompt Engineering)
