 * Agile Arbeitsweise: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Scrum, Kanban, Backlog Management sowie Tools wie Confluence und bringst Hands-On Experience in Softwareentwicklung, Softwarearchitektur oder vergleichbarem mit
 * Kommunikationsstark: Du kommunizierst klar mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern und bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit

## Description

* Produktverantwortung übernehmen: Du verantwortest den Product Backlog, priorisierst Features nach Business Value, Nutzerwert und Produktzielen und entwickelst die Product Roadmap weiter
 * Anforderungen schärfen: Du übersetzt Kundenbedürfnisse, Stakeholder-Feedback und Nutzungsdaten in klare User Stories, Epics und Akzeptanzkriterien
 * Agil steuern: Gemeinsam mit Tech Lead und Entwicklungsteam planst Du Sprints, Refinements und Reviews und sorgst für eine effiziente Umsetzung
 * Datenbasiert optimieren: Du analysierst Produktmetriken, Kundenfeedback und Nutzungsverhalten und leitest daraus kontinuierliche Verbesserungen für unsere B2B-SaaS-Plattform ab
