Auftragsabwicklung und Steuerung in Bezug auf logistische Prozesse und Arbeitsschritte (Erstellung/Bearbeitung/Koordinierung von Aufträgen) (mind. 3 Jahre)
Problemmanagement in Bezug auf logistische Prozesse (Kommunikation mit Kunden und Logistikpartner, Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Plausibilitätsprüfung) (mind. 3 Jahre)
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Deutsch C1 und Englisch mind. B1 nach CEFR)

## Description

Bearbeitung von Anfragen der zugewiesenen Funktionspostfächer * Koordination und Steuerung der logistischen Anforderungen mit dem Auftraggeber und den Logistik Service Providern

 * Eigenverantwortliche Beauftragung der Auftragsmanager und des Logistikpartners unter Berücksichtigung der gewünschten Lastverteilung
 * Unterstützung bei der Forecast-Planung/-Überwachung sowie Prüfung von auftragsbezogenen Materialbestände
 * Prüfung, Integration und Übergabe neuer Projekte in den Regelbetrieb der Abteilung Supply Chain Management & Logistics Services
