## About the Role

## Description

* Du übernimmst den 1st-Level-IT-Support am Standort Berlin - von der Annahme und Analyse bis zur Lösung, Weiterleitung und Dokumentation von Anfragen
 * Du unterstützt Anwendende bei Fragen rund um Apple-Endgeräte, macOS, iOS, Standardsoftware, Peripherie und Benutzerzugänge
 * Du richtest Arbeitsplätze und Endgeräte ein, gibst Geräte aus und unterstützt bei Rollouts, Updates, Inventarisierungen sowie beim On- und Offboarding
 * Du arbeitest eng mit dem 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support zusammen und leitest komplexere Störungen strukturiert weiter
 * Dokumentation & Compliance: Du pflegst Anleitungen, Checklisten und Dokumentationen und achtest auf die Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzanforderungen
 * Prozessentwicklung: Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Service-Prozesse und bringst Ideen zur Optimierung wiederkehrender Abläufe ein
