active part in location-specific and global IT projects - Maintaining user accounts within the locally supported applications. - Acting as location representative of GBS IT professionals - Taking part in IT change management flows - Troubleshooting IT infrastructure incidents and application errors, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults - Maintaining the location(s) specific part of the active directory - Follow global architecture-, security-, and operational standards and policies - Maintaining location specific IT documentations within your area of responsibility - Prioritizing work and operating with compliance of GBS IT Service Level Agreements What will make you successful? - Min. 1-2 years work experience on the field of IT Infrastructure - IT Technician qualification is a must; IT Engineer or equivalent is preferred - Fluency both in the native language (Spanish) of supported location(s) and in English is a must - ITIL Certification (Education
