## Description

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief AI Transformation Officer at SNB CFE-CGC BANQUE PALATINE. The role focuses on defining and leading the organization's AI transformation strategy, aligning AI initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring responsible, secure, and compliant deployment of AI solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current processes and systems, identifying high-impact AI use cases, and overseeing the design, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven products, tools, and workflows. The Chief AI Transformation Officer will coordinate cross-functional teams, collaborate closely with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and business units, and establish governance frameworks for data, AI ethics, and model lifecycle management.
