## About the Role

of SAP systems in Human Capital area. You'll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks. Skills and attributes for success · You'll successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems. · You'll enthusiastically enhance your core SAP technology knowledge and experience. · You'll be willing to work in international environment. To qualify for the role, you must have · 4+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations. · SAP SF EC plus COMP certificate. · SAP HCM knowledge will be an additional asset. · Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations. · Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for Success Factors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices. · Hands-on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML. · System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration
Workbook / Business Blueprint. · Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts. · Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows. · Strong teamwork skills. · Experience in standard project tasks: Test cases, analysis, documentation. · Higher Education Degree. · Excellent English verbal and written communication. Ideally, you'll also have · Other language knowledge (Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc.). · Good understanding of HR business processes.
