* 5+ years of experience in Monitoring, Observability or Site Reliability-related roles.
 * Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
 * Solid understanding of observability principles, including metrics, logs and traces.
 * Experience with APM solutions and distributed tracing technologies.
 * Knowledge of cloud-native environments, microservices and containerized applications.
 * Scripting experience with Python or Bash.
 * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 * Professional level of English.

## Description

* Implement and configure observability and monitoring solutions across applications and infrastructure.
 * Monitor application performance, system health and service reliability in real time.
 * Analyze telemetry data, logs and metrics to troubleshoot complex issues.
 * Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for long-term stability improvements.
 * Collaborate with DevOps, SRE and application teams during incident resolution.
 * Optimize observability dashboards, alerts and monitoring thresholds.
 * Generate performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
 * Drive proactive monitoring improvements and predictive analysis initiatives.
 * Dynatrace, New Relic and AppDynamics
 * Prometheus and Grafana
 * Splunk and Elastic Observability (ELK Stack)
 * OpenTelemetry, Jaeger and Zipkin
 * Python and Bash Scripting
 * Docker and Kubernetes
