## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will own and optimize IT tooling and platforms used by engineering teams, enabling a frictionless developer experience. You'll work across live support channels and cross-functional partners to close gaps and scale IT engineering support. Your contributions will improve tooling, automation, and reliability for the internal developer community. This is a hands-on role with high impact on engineer productivity and security at PlayStation. You'll join a team focused on empowering engineers and delivering end-to-end IT support at scale.
