## Description

Experteer Overview In this IT Leadership role, you guide the customer service/helpdesk team and oversee database and network security to ensure reliable operations for critical systems. You'll manage access, backups, deployments, and cybersecurity controls while coordinating global IT support and projects. You'll translate user needs into secure, scalable IT solutions and drive performance metrics. This role aligns with CAE's mission to enable mission readiness through secure, high-quality IT services.
