Preferred Qualifications: + Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related technical field. Extensive (10+ years' experience) work experience in the building automation field can supersede a degree. + 5+ years of experience in HVAC, building automation programming with Tridium Niagara (N4/AX) or Distech software, and control logic (DDC). + Assisting in project estimation, budgeting, and scheduling for BAS components. + Proposing cost-effective technical solutions. Physical Demands: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. + Must be able to effectively communicate, (i.e. see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment ## Description **Job Summary:** The candidate will report to the hiring manager and serve as a programmer/technical lead for Bosch Building Technologies, responsible for developing custom DDC logic for various sized jobs with varying complexities using the Tridium/Niagara Platform and/or Distech software tools and configuring high-level GUI workstations within those and other BMS Software environments.
